Conducting research in a particular topic or field of expertise, and writing a research paper have their own rules and principles. When one begins to write a review of literature for a paper, it becomes apparent immediately that extensive reading, logical structuring, and the careful consideration of wording are required. The use of citation techniques and the Modern Language Association (MLA) or the American Psychological Association (APA) reference styles are not without their intricacies either.

Since the beginning of my university studies, I have considered academic research engaging work, very much worth the effort. However, it also has its challenges. Several aspects of one problem, one question, or one topic have to be aligned in their details, so that the author is able to provide credibility and consistency to their research and the resulting studies.

I can share my experience and advice with you on the pitfalls of research, hence providing useful guidance on how to proceed securely on your path.

My research efforts of the last decade have covered issues of aesthetics and the theory of literature. The phenomenon of the text and textual structuring have been in the focus of my work, but other areas of aesthetic thought, such as the fine arts, are also of great importance.
